Due passi tra i boschi d’autunno, lo scricchiolio delle foglie secche ed eccole lì, le castagne. Si raccolgono spontanee nei boschi e si cuociono “caldarroste” sulla stufa, nel camino o anche in forno. Ottime anche bollite, come base per il celebre “mont blanc”.
